Or if you have an intricate designs of small vines this could end up looking like a tree trunk.

You need to give the same amount of thought to your belly tattoo. If you wear loose shirts or belly tops then naturally people will be fascinated with it.

Something else that is very important to consider is that if you are getting a tattoo around your navel, you need to remember such things as the aftercare. If it’s done during hot weather in the summer time, and you sweat, that sweat could run down into your navel and then keeping this area clean and free of germs would be a problem. I suggest asking your tattoo artist for special instructions for navel tattoo before ever getting one. Ask him if it would be better to get one during the winter versus the summer months?
